The Currently, the Cucharas Dam is under a no-fill restriction due to our settlement with the State of Colorado.  We intend to redevelop this important water asset.

Our Mission

Water Redevelopment Company is a subsidiary of Two Rivers Water and Farming (a public company, trading under the symbol TURV on OTCQB markets).   Water Redev focuses on development and redevelopment of infrastructure for water management and delivery.  Water is one of the most basic, core assets.  Water Redevelopment’s first area of focus is in the Huerfano-Cucharas river basin in southeastern Colorado.

Water is scarce because it is badly managed.

  • Rehabilitate the Huerfano Cucharas Irrigation system which includes storage and distribution
  • Provide agricultural water to the local community
  • Enter into crop-share agreements and focus on high value crops such as CBD hemp
