Pictured above is our Orlando Reservoir, located just north of Walsenburg Colorado.  It is decreed for 3,100 acre feet of storage.  There are about 1,000 acre feet of water stored in the picture.

Our focus is the management of water.

Water Redevelopment owns valuable water assets in southeastern Colorado.  We are in the Huerfano - Cucharas water basin, which is approximately 1,500 square miles from 14,000 feet in elevation (eastern side of the Continental Divide) down to 4,500 feet (confluence of the Arkansas River, east of Pueblo).

Orlando Reservoir, Summer of 2017.    Shown is approximately 1,500 acre feet of storage.  We have rights to store up to 3,100 acre feet.  It is located next to our very fertile farmland (Butte Valley).  This reservoir, along with direct flow off of the Huerfano River, supplies water to Butte Valley agricultural activity and eventually for municipal purposes.
